So I’ve started to fill in my links on the side, but it’s going kinda slow because I realized that textpattern has absolutely no easy way of importing bookmarks, say, from Firefox. It’s actually not that hard, plus, I can add descriptions to my links, although I haven’t really added descriptions to them all. I added a new category of links, Friends, which is obviously a link to some friend’s websites.
Speaking of number two, I must admit, being the organizer of the QBB has had it’s ups and downs. What is the QBB you say? It’s a little group that started from an idea Jeff had to organize us Queer Boston Bloggers. I cobbled a name together and thus it was born… and then quickly died. It was really hard coming up with interesting things to do. After all, I never even hung out with this many gay people in my entire life. How was I supposed to entertain them having never been exposed to the culture in the first place? I think I’ve realized that it’s not about outdoing the last event, it’s about having fun. I don’t think it even matters the setting anymore. I think it’s about being with people who just understand.
P.S. Since people have asked what the symbols on the side mean, it’s my given Chinese name. It’s also pretty much the only thing I can read in Chinese. It was given to me at birth by my mom and probably the first words of Chinese I ever learned.

It was suggested on the earlier post – but lets try to all get together for Pride. We will probably all be in Boston anyway and it’s a perfect excuse to do something as a group. Sean and I have been talking about going in with some friends so we can all get together somewhere along Boylston St. and then watch the parade and go and do whatever.
Sadly – since I suggested the QBB – my life has been upside down with business. Buying and renovating a house really sucks the energy out of you.
