It’s about time for a geek break on my blog. I checked out the Nintendo Wii website and it has these new “Experience the Wii” videos up and they hilarious. Ironically, I’ll eventually buy one and look as schmucky in my living room. Damn my love for video games! I’m also a big Nintendo fan boy. I’ve owned practically every Nintendo device except for the virtual boy. I also don’t own a DS yet, but they finally released a black DS, which is the color I’ve been waiting for. As soon as I save up my allowance…
In case you didn’t know, Nintendo is releasing a new console that features a motion sensitive controller, allowing you to play using motions. The neat thing is, they are trying to lure in people who normally aren’t gamers. With natural motions, games have less of a learning curve. The funny part? They already have a sex game using the controller in the works. Those Crazy Japanese!

So the other day I discovered this little gem via digg.com. Why is it so blog worthy? Well after it was installed, I dug up my old copy of Space Quest. That’s right, that Space Quest. I remember playing this on my friend’s Tandy 1000, a spritely 386 (or was it a 286?). And now I can relive these awesome adventure on my modern computers. So if you don’t see me blog, it’s probably because I’m playing Space Quest. Or doing stuff.
